This is a Enforced Covenant Controlled Community.  HOA dues are mandatory. HOA dues cover trash and recycling removal, common area maintenance, and management expenses.  Home and yard maintenance, including snow removal, is the responsibility of the owner.  The street is city-owned and maintained.  The covenants are posted on our website.


Garbage Pick-up may be as early as 7am!  
Please have trash out early.
